Criteria for Suppliers
As the leader in employee discounts, you’d expect us to have strict criteria to ensure that the retailers and service providers we feature are solid, reputable and offer a genuine discount or benefit.
We are 100% employer-funded so there is no charge to suppliers for joining the scheme and no commissions payable; this means that employers expect us to maintain the highest standards when considering a supplier application and we expect all normal commissions are passed on to the employee as a benefit.
Key criteria used in supplier vetting include :
- Discount level – we only feature suppliers who provide our users with their highest possible level of employee discount. This is non-negotiable.
- Product and service quality and reputation
- Brand strength / specialism
- Customer service and backup – in addition to your normal customer service channels we will require a senior level escalation point in the event that one of our users has a problem that they report to us.
Because of the high standards of technology, supplier vetting and employee communication inherent in the Reward Gateway scheme, suppliers enjoy significantly higher sales through the scheme when compared to other employee benefits programmes. This is good for employee, employer and supplier.
